Key Responsibilities

Safe Driving

You will operate company vehicles with a Grade C licence or higher, obeying all traffic laws and defensive driving principles.
Conducting pre trip and post trip inspections ensures your vehicle remains roadworthy.

Deliveries & Pickups

You will transport books, materials, and supplies to customers, schools, and vendors across Accra.
Loading and unloading cargo with care prevents damage and demonstrates respect for our products.
Obtaining signatures and confirmations upon delivery provides accountability.

Vehicle Maintenance

You will keep your assigned vehicle clean, both inside and outside, presenting a professional image.
Reporting mechanical issues promptly allows for timely repairs and prevents breakdowns.

Customer Interaction

You will interact with customers and colleagues courteously, providing a positive experience with every touchpoint.
Communicating delays or issues clearly helps manage expectations and maintain trust.
