Your Mission

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans safe driving, deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and customer interaction. Here is what you will tackle:

Safe Driving

• You will operate company vehicles with a Grade C licence or higher, obeying all traffic laws and defensive driving principles.
• Conducting pre trip and post trip inspections ensures your vehicle remains roadworthy.

Deliveries & Pickups

• You will transport books, materials, and supplies to customers, schools, and vendors across Accra.
• Loading and unloading cargo with care prevents damage and demonstrates respect for our products.
• Obtaining signatures and confirmations upon delivery provides accountability.

Vehicle Maintenance

• You will keep your assigned vehicle clean, both inside and outside, presenting a professional image.
• Reporting mechanical issues promptly allows for timely repairs and prevents breakdowns.

Customer Interaction

• You will interact with customers and colleagues courteously, providing a positive experience with every touchpoint.
• Communicating delays or issues clearly helps manage expectations and maintain trust.

Licence & Experience

• A Grade C licence or higher authorizes you to operate the vehicles in our fleet.

• You can read delivery instructions, complete basic paperwork, and report issues clearly.

• You should preferably stay within Achimota and its environs. Proximity to our office ensures reliable attendance and reduces commute stress.
