About Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end recruitment administration, ensuring efficient coordination between recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with HR systems such as Workday.

You will oversee job postings across multiple platforms, track recruitment pipelines, coordinate interviews, manage documentation, and support offer issuance processes. The position plays a critical operational role in maintaining recruitment timelines and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job advertisements across Workday and external recruitment platforms
  • Track recruitment pipeline and update status reports via SharePoint
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and panel members
  • Prepare interview documentation and trigger forms in Workday
  • Manage candidate documentation and employment pass processing
  • Support onboarding documentation flow to internal teams
  • Administer candidate experience surveys and quarterly reporting
  • Prepare Letters of Offer and Conferment Letters
  • Ensure compliance with approval workflows before offer issuance
  • Support cross-functional and ad-hoc HR tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience with Workday or similar HR systems (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume workloads
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Legal authorization to work in Singapore
