POSITION: Client Assistant 

Job Summary

We are looking for Client Assistants to join our team nationwide. This is your opportunity to work in the fast moving world of FMCG and ensure our products shine in every outlet.

This is not a desk job. You will be out in the field, visiting open markets and retail stores. You will arrange displays, monitor stock, and build relationships with store managers. Your work will directly boost sales and strengthen our brand visibility. If you enjoy hands on work and have an eye for detail, this role fits you perfectly.

Responsibilities

You will serve as the face of Happy Sunshine in retail outlets. Moreover, you will ensure our products are always visible, always stocked, and always appealing. You will also gather market intelligence and report back to help us stay ahead of competitors.

Your day to day impact will include:

  • Creating Stunning Displays: You will arrange products according to company guidelines. You will implement planograms and promotional displays that catch the customer’s eye.
  • Monitoring Stock Levels Closely: You will track product availability at each store. You will report out of stock items immediately and coordinate replenishment with the Sales Representative or Regional Sales Manager.
  • Supporting Sales Efforts: You will work alongside the sales team to ensure products remain available and visible. You will assist with promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns right in the market.
  • Building Store Relationships: You will maintain positive working relationships with store managers and staff. You will respect store policies while implementing our merchandising standards.
  • Gathering Market Feedback: You will keep your eyes and ears open. You will note competitor activities, pricing changes, and promotions.
  • Ensuring Compliance: You will follow all company brand standards and policies. You will also adhere to health and safety guidelines in every store you visit.

Education and Experience

You take pride in a job well done. Also, you understand that a well stocked shelf tells a story of reliability and quality. You enjoy working independently and managing multiple stores effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Basic Education: SHS certification and above. A background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field gives you an advantage.
  • Proven Experience: One to three years in merchandising, retail, or FMCG sales support. You know the ropes and you are ready for more.
  • Communication Skills: You interact confidently with store managers and staff. You listen well and communicate clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: You notice when a display is off or a product is running low. You fix problems before anyone asks.
  • Reporting Ability: You can record basic data and submit clear reports. You capture photos that tell a story.
  • Independence: You manage your time and your stores without constant supervision. You take ownership of your territory.
  • Physical Readiness: You can move and arrange products as needed. You do not mind being on your feet and active throughout the day.
  • Retail Knowledge: You understand basic merchandising practices and why they matter.
