Recent graduates with 0-2 years of post-graduation experience are preferred. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and proficiency in English (written and spoken) are also essential.

For the Maintenance Technician role, a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in maintenance of well test or downhole electronics equipment. Competency in failure investigation and root cause analysis is highly valued.
