This role suits candidates who thrive in high-pressure, field-based environments.

The Maintenance Technician track centres on ensuring operational readiness of equipment through preventive maintenance, repair, and failure investigation. This role demands hands-on competency and problem-solving skills to maintain reliability standards.

Recent graduates with 0-2 years of post-graduation experience are preferred. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and proficiency in English (written and spoken) are also essential.

For the Maintenance Technician role, a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in maintenance of well test or downhole electronics equipment. Competency in failure investigation and root cause analysis is highly valued.
