Job Summary

The Management Control and Reporting Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing key performance indicators that guide the company’s strategic and operational management. Consequently, you will design and produce comprehensive reports while developing strategic directions and budgets. Core Responsibilities

Oversight of the Management Control Function:

Contribute to defining strategic directions in collaboration with General Management
Analyse variances between forecasts and actual results
Provide actionable recommendations to operational departments for necessary adjustments
Optimise costs while ensuring strict budget compliance
Implement comprehensive dashboards and monitoring indicators
Track financial and operational performance across the organisation

Budget and Forecast Management:

Organise the entire budgeting process and ensure seamless coordination between departments
Review and consolidate budgets to establish a reliable overall budget framework
Monitor actual performance against budget targets
Propose timely adjustments to General Management when necessary

Development and Production of Reports:

Design and produce monthly operational reports that facilitate effective decision making
Ensure complete data reliability while optimising presentation formats
